DISMISSING an appeal by C. L. Cheshire, 9 The Close, Hollywood, near Birmingham, against the revocation of his one-vehicle licence by the West Midland deputy LA, Mr J. Shufflebotham, the president said an operator could not be allowed to hold a licence if he did not make proper arrangements to meet the requirements of the Transport Act.
THE appeal by W. J. George, Blackborough End, King's Lynn, Norfolk, against the decision of the Eastern deputy LA to curtail his 0 licence authorizing 11 vehicles, by six vehicles and to suspend two specified vehicles for three months, was withdrawn.
