A PLEDGE that the Government would implement its proposals to nationalise Britain's ports was renewed last week by Mr Fred Mulley, Minister for Transport. He said that the omission of the subject from the Queen's Speech was not evidence of a change of policy, only that the necessary legislation could not be prepared in time for this session.
