Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW £4m harbour development for Sealink Scotland ferries, which carry more than 250,000 vehicles and 800,000 passengers on the Stranraer to Larne route, was commissioned by Scottish Secretary George Younger last week.

The new development will be the home of four vessels which will use the new 175metre jetty and twin deck ramp. A vehicle park has also been provided for the vehicles waiting for the ferries.

British Transport Ship Management (Scotland) chairman Leslie Sloane said that the development reflected the increasing role of transport links between Ireland and Britain.
