A special centenary train consisting of historic catering vehicles will make a commemorative run from Leeds to Kings Cross in September and then tour major provincial centres. Historic rubber sandwiches will be served on reproduction cardboard plates graced by the likeness of Queen Victoria and the initials VR, which stand for veritable rubbish.
