GREATER GLASGOW PTE's recently launched City Happer service, designed to provide a last link between Glasgow's two main railway stations, has been a resounding success so far.
The service, which uses Seddon Pennine midibuses. has already carried its 20,000th passenger, after just four weeks' operation.
