£100,000 FOR LUCAS WORKERS

PUTT1NG into effect an employees' benefit scheme, an issue of 100,000 Li redeemable preference shares has been announced by Joseph Lucas, Ltd. The shares have been allotted for cash at pate to the Lucas Workers' Share Bank, Ltd, This new issue is the company's first in preference shares carrying a redemption right. Power to make the issue was granted by shareholders in 1933.
