Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS A RESULT of the two-week NUR stoppages in London, all fish from Hull, Grimsby and Fleetwood to Billingsgate fish market, London, will come by roan. And that means about half the total, some 35,000 tons a year will be affected.

The president of the Hull Fish Merchants Protection Association, Mr. Jack Allison, on learning of the decision taken by London FMA said: "So far as we in Hull are concerned, this is precisely what we wanted to do three years ago, to send all our fish by road transport. Now the strike at Stratford has made the London association realize that any repetition could have serious consequences OR their own businesses."
