LEX SERVICE has taken on two new non-executive directors to the board.
Professor Rosenbloom has been a consultant for Lex for the past six years. He holds three other company directorships and has been a faculty member at Harvard Business School since 1960.
David Legg is a senior director fo County Bank and chairman of Fitch and Company (Design Consultants). He is also a director of five other limited companies.
In addition to these appointments, Louis Ginsburg has retired from the Board as a nonexecutive director. He has held this position since June 1973.
