ANDREW GUEST has been made traffic manager of the National Bus Company subsidiary West Yorkshire Road Car. He succeeds Bob Howells, who is taking up an appointment outside the group.
Mr Guest has been assistant traffic manager with United Counties at Northampton since October 1981. He joined the bus industry in 1969 as a senior management group trainee with Western National.
On completion of his two-year training he held various positions at assistant area management level with United Automobile Services before becoming United's area traffic superintendent for Northumberland in 1975.
