Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RESPONSE to Alder Valley's market analysis survey in High Wycombe has been good, except in one housing estate.

Company traffic manager Tony Harrison said that 90 to 95 per cent of passengers approached were willing to assist, but those in the Desborough Castle estate let them down.

"Unfortunately, on the estate we were disappointed that only about 50 per cent of the passengers seemed inclined to co-operate."

Most MAP work in High Wycombe has been completed, and the survey team moved last week to Amersham to begin detailed work on London Country services in Amersham.

This is part of an overall survey in conjunction with Buckingham County Council which will determine future patterns for local and longerdistance bus services.
