PARKER WEIGHS IN WITH TWO • Parker Weighing Systems has announced two new products in its range of electronic weighing equipment. A pallet weigher to check palletised goods, sacks, bins and skips up to two tonnes costs £1,685 and is claimed to have a 1% error.

Items of up to three tonnes can be dealt with by a portable weighing beam. Parker says this weigher is ideal for use in difficult sites as the beams will fit easily into most car boots. Again, the error is claimed to be only 1%. The three-tonne model retails at £1,700.
