REDUCTIONS in country bus services on the ground of economy are criticized in a motion tabled by a number of Conservative Members of Parliament in the House of Commons. The motion urges that a reduction in fuel tax should be regarded as an urgent priority.
Among the six sponsors are Sir Herbert Williams and Major Tufton Beamish. and the motion has the support of another 30 Conservative members.
