Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MEW premises at 411 West Ferry Road, London, E.14, have been built by J. Spurting, Ltd., a subsidiary of the Transport Development Group, Ltd. A modem office block, wellequipped workshops and a paint-shop are provided.

The service bay is equipped with a large white-tiled pit illuminated by fluorescent lighting. 'Both the bay and pit arc centrally heated. Tecalemit highpressure greasing equipment is installed', and three grades of gear oil are available in the pit on retractable hose reels.

Oil feeds are run under the floor from the several containers situated away from the normal working area. Lubricating oil is pressure-fed from a bulk container to a wall-mounted dispenser.

The main workshop has three inspection pits, again tiled and with fluorescent lighting. Fitters' benches are so arranged along the rear wall that vehicles requiring the use of the inspection pit can be pulled alongside the benches.

Next to the workshop are the degreasing bay, with drainage, water and compressed-air supply, spare-parts storage and toilets. • A full view of both workshop and service bay can be obtained from the repair department office. The paint-shop has thermostatically controlled heating.

Air is blown 'through a 72-kW. electric battery heater and discharged at high level, being filtered before . passing through the centrifugal fan and heater. It is extracted by two fans drawing through grilles in the floor.

Four large vehicles can be accommodated simultaneously at the washing bay, which is equipped with high-pressure hoses. There is space for over 100 vehicles in. the parking area, and the fuel island consists of one petrol and two oil-fuel pumps which are supplied from underground tanks.

The main offices at West Ferry Road accommodate the headquarters, transport and shipping staffs. Included on the ground floor are the conference room, accounts department and records store, whilst on the upper floor offices are provided for executives, secretaries and representatives, together with the main transport and shipping office.

The whole building is centrally heated and surfaced with thermoplastic tiles, whilst the larger offices have acoustictiled ceilings to reduce noise.
