ELSH nationalists have given nditional support to the Armig e increased weight limit oposals.
Plaid Cymru Anglesey candite lauan Wyn Jones said rently that Holyhead could lose land-Europe haulage traffic if a British gross vehicle limit is t raised above 32.5 tonnes.
''It is probable that, unless the lit is raised, the traffic which iveis from the Continent via ilyhead to Ireland could be -ected through other Contintal ports."
But he added that, if the limit raised, such main roads as the and A55 will need to be imoved, and he has welcomed Dish Office promises that this 3tter will be investigated.
