The recently developed DixonBate Tuckaway Crane will be a boon in workshops where there is a space problem. When not in use the crane can be folded down to dimensions of 60.5in. by 38in. by only 10.75in. high. Erection of the unit to the working position takes only 15sec and then with a maximum jib length of 46,25in. a lifting height of 87.26in. is provided.

The Tuckaway is of robust tubular construction and weighs only 1651b. Safe working load is 1 Ocwt operation being by a hand-operated hydraulic pump. There is a choice of three different jib positions to suit a range of requirements. Two wheels and a pair of rear castors provide for easy manoeuvrability.
