Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Production of Deansgate minicoaches has been transferred to a 22,000 sq ft 500 a year capacity plant at the Kirkby Industrial Estate, near Liverpool.

The £55,000 factory has been built by the Williams Motor Group of Manchester to permit flow-line construction, the vehicles arriving at one door, conversion being carried out in sequence and the MoT inspection being undertaken adjacent to the exit door. Currently 12-passenger touring coaches and buses are being converted, using the Ford Transit Custom Bus as a, base.

Work is also to be performed there on the Deansgate Precinct bus, a conversion from the Mercedes-Benz L406D Transporter Van.
