Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ENTERPRIZES listed in Category 3 by the Price Commission are now required to register. The firms included are: public utilities and transport, manufacturing, mining, with sales of between £1 million and £5 million.

Since April 1973 firms in Category 3 have been required to keep records on costs, profits and prices to enable the regional officers of the Commission to check that they have complied .with the terms of the Price Code.

Firms in Category 3 are now additionally required to register with the Commission by sending their name and address (and name and address of any subsidiary company), a brief description of the type of business, and a statement of the value of their sales (including sales of subsidiaries) in the UK in the last completed year of account, to: the Price Commission, Page Street, London.

A time limit of March 1 is set by the order but firms may register at any time before then.
