ANTI-ROAD campaigners who disrupt motorway public nnquiries are "deliberately thwarting a major plank in Britain's industrial investment ?rograrnme".
Pressure group, the Movenen_ for London has slammed riotorway protesters who are lindering the building of the VI25 London orbital route, a roject to which the Departnen: of Transport has given op priority.
