AN EXPERIMENTAL trafficflow scheme through the Blackwall Tunnel started this week in an attempt to reduce delays to northbound traffic.
Northbound vehicles under two tons gross weight heading for destinations north of East Indian Dock Road are now able to use one lane of the southbound tunnel.
