Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO new anti-theft devices have been introduced recently. One is the.G1 Car Thief Alarm and Immobilizer from Graham Taylor, Ltd., 47 Watford Way. Hendon,. London, N.W.4, the other the MM Automatic Immobilizer from Coventry and Jeffs, Ltd., Stafford Street. Bedminster, Bristol,

The OT unit is a fairly simple device which is connected to the coil and live horn terminals with a fourth connection to a switch. It is designed so that with the switch in the " on " position the horn will sound if the ignition is switched on or the switeh by-passed. In addition, the ignition circuit is broken so that the engine cannot be started. The switch is obviously intended to be located in a hidden position.

The MM Immobolizer operates in the same way, but instead of a switch, a button (hidden) has to be depressed to energize a relay which breaks immobilizing and alarm circuits. It is said that the unit will not come into operation if the engine stalls but only when the ignition is switched off.

The GT unit costs £2 19s. 6d. and the MM costs £3 5s. Fitting charges are extra in both cases.
