BEING in the motor trade here in Ireland, it is my pleasure in informing you that I am a regular reader of your magazine. I find it most informative and very well presented. My business deals mainly with commercial vehicle spares and scrap metal. Recently I came by some old CMs dating as far back as 1968. One copy has a new Leyland Beaver on the cover with the slogan "We're Backing Beavers."

As it is my intention to cease my present business and travel to Australia, I would be most grateful if you could enlighten me as to where I could purchase some old CMs. Do you have any unsold old CMs? Otherwise I would be willing to buy or borrow some and am prepared to forward payment on deposit.

If you can't help me with my inquiry, can you tell me if CM is on sale in Australia?

FRANCIS McGUINNESS Apartment No 8 Grattan Hall Lower Mount Street Dublin 2R01 PS: Keep those CMs rolling off the press.

Can any reader help Mr McGuinness? Unfortunately, our company's own warehouse Is able, owing to pressure of space, only to keep copies of CM dating back for three months. While we sell more than 1,000 copies a week overseas, so far as I know no Australian newsagent sells over the counter. Some overseas buyers take out annual subscriptions: these cost, for Australia, £44 for surface mail, and E102.24 by airmail. Editor
