Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As a retired driver who still follows what's happening in the industry, I would like to ask all those operators who complain about diesel prices one question: why, instead of moaning, don't you simply stop making the deliveries that are so vital to the economy?

As petrol supplies dried up and supermarket shelves emptied you would soon see a change in Government policy and some reasonable prices for diesel fuel.

You can demonstrate as much as you want but only stopping deliveries will show the Government that you are really serious.

Tony Moore,

Ascot Berks.
