Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The French have introduced tougher restrictions on the delivery and collection of goods in Paris.

Operators who need to cross the city should note that this is now forbidden unless you travel via the Bois de Vincenne and the Bois de Boulogne. However; the ring road is still open to trucks, as are the Boulevards des Marechaux and the crossstreets linking them.

Stopping and parking have been banned on dedicated bus lanes; on lanes where buses move in the opposite direction; and on "red lanes" where deliveries and collections are banned.

On some routes stopping and parking have been banned from 07:30-09:30hrs and from 16.30-19:30hrs. These include dedicated bus routes; lanes where deliveries are allowed; and on red lanes where deliveries are allowed.

There are also new rules on stopping and parking on all lanes and spaces on the public highway according to the vehicle's size. The police and road traffic directorate may grant exceptional derogations.
