Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I More than 30 people, including several truck drivers, were admitted to hospital last week suffering from breathing problems and nausea following a formaldehyde leak at a transit warehouse in Birmingham.

The leak at Palletline on Tyburn Road, Erdington started when a fork-lift truck operator accidentally split a container holding 1,000 litres of the chemical as he was transferring it from one truck to another late last Thursday night.

According to a spokesman for the West Midlands Fire Service, more than 130 people, including drivers of some of the 100 trucks parked on the site at the time, had to be evacuated from the scene. Of the 31 people taken to hospital, 12 were detained for further observation.

-The whole incident lasted more than six hours," says the spokesman. "The company did what it could to feed and accommodate the drivers, many of whom had gone over their hours limits."
