Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Anglian Developments has extended its Majestic range of sleek, seamless monocoque GRP body systems with an insulated/ refrigerated model which made its debut at last week's Scottish IRTE show.

Based on the 3.5-tonne Ford Transit 190 van, it has a tripleskinned body with a shapely Luton-type header section housing the Hubbard 460R refrigeration unit. Body construction— insulated GRP panels encapsulated within the van body—is designed for easy replacement in the event of accident damage or change of chassis.

The vehicle is based on AD's parcels delivery van (PDV) bodv system; it's about to undergo insulation checks at the Cambridge test facility and AD's managing director Lloyd Pryse is confident that it will achieve the K insulation factor target of 0.4.

Interior floor dimensions are 3.01m (118.5in) long by 1.78m (72in) wide with an inner height of 1.83m (72in) at the front, sloping up to 1.87m (74in) over the rear entry.

An off-centre door swings back into an angular recess but is mounted just high enough for the rear lights to be visible.

Load bed height is 787mm (31in) but there is a moulded intermediate step at 571mm (22.5in) and a slide-out courtesy step beneath it at 330inm (17in).

The insulated body system, including Hubbard unit, adds £8,837 to the price of Transit 190. It has a 9.6m3 (343ft3) load volume and offers a one-tonne payload. Anti-roll bars are standard front and rear.

Overall width is 2.1m but there will be a 2,2m version to follow, and AD is working on a triple bifold rear door and sliding plug-fit side door options.

Anglian's main customer is British Telecom which has taken well over 4,000 utility bodies on the Ford Transit chassis cab: British Gas (Southern) and other utilities are also interested, The Majestic PDV is Transitbased but AD is also working with Leyland Daf Vans on the 400 chassis.
