Leyland Daf 17 tonner mistakenly referred to a Granning axle which was in fact supplied and fitted by Drinkwater Chassis Engineering of Leyland (formerly Southworth Engineering). The list of dealers in the report also omitted those located at Gloucester; Newton Abbott, Devon; Swansea; and Taunton, Somerset.
