Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO 4,000-ton cellular container ships—tin first of their kind to be built in Britain—havt been ordered at a cost of Wm. by British Rail ways for their new container service betweer Parkeston Quay (Harwich) and Zeebrugge.

The ships, expected to be ready for operatior early in 1968, will each carry 148 30 ft. high capacity containers constructed to intemationa 8 ft. X 8 ft. cross-section. One hundred and ter of these will be stacked, mostly three high, it the cellular holds and the remaining 38 on tin hatch covers. Alternatively containers 20 ft. a 40 ft. in length can be stowed on the hatch covers It is expected that the large firms, containe leasing companies and forwarding agents wil themselves provide containers to ISO standards but as a start British Railways will build 750 30 ft containers as a nucleus.
