TWO MEN accused of the manslaughter of a truck driver who was burned to death in his cab pleaded not guilty at Hull Crown Court last week. Their case was adjourned unti119 January.
Kevin Fielding. 38, and Darren Wringe, 36, both from Grimsby also pleaded not guilty to arson. Derek Bailey died in hi vehicle at Sainsbury's Homebas in Grimsby on 28 June this year.
