1111 The use of unauthorised operating centres resulted in warnings from North Eastern TC Keith Waterworth for Rainworth Fencing, of Mansfield, Worksop-based Andrew Hugill, and Steve Savile Light Haulage, of Skegness at a Leeds disciplinary inquiry. Waterworth took no action against a fourth operator, Paul A Richardson & Partners, of Stockton.
