Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bonneted Super Constructor heavyduty six-wheeler Scammells ordered by the Crown Agents for oilfields work in the Middle East are now being fitted with a Motor Panels Ltd pressed-steel cab which seats three men and is double-skinned to provide heat insulation. Additional protection from the sun's rays can be given by a heat radiating shield over the roof. Opening grilles and swivelling quarterlight windows are fitted and flat glass is used for the two-piece windscreen, this being easier to replace.

A redesigned low-line narrow bonnet with the radiator lowered has resulted in considerable improvement in vision from the driving seat.

The Super Constructors are 6 x 6 load carriers for payloads of up to 30 tons. Turbocharged Rolls-Royce C6TFL diesel engines are fitted, driving through fluid flywheels and eight-speed semi-automatic gearboxes supplied by Self-Changing Gears Ltd, of Coventry.

The vehicles carry 100gal of fuel and the tubular front bumper provides storage for water.
