Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• UK sales of Norde rubber-sprung suspensions for conversions to chassis vehicles in future will be handled by the Kenning Motor Group, under an agreement just Completed with the manufacturers, North Derbyshire Engineering Co Ltd.

The suspension was designed and is manufactured near Kennings' headquarters, and Norde will undertake the actual work of conversion at the factory in Darley Dale, Matlock, Derbyshire. Beforeand after-sales service on conversions will be given from each of the eight Kenning commercial vehicle centres at main points throughout the country, where spares will also be available.

Conversions will be under the control of Mr Robert Glendinning, general sales manager at the Kenning depot at Raynesway, Derby. He will be operating two Leyland Mastiff 22-ton vehicles, one with dropside body, on a country-wide demonstration programme.
