• The 13 tanker companies within P&O Roadtanks are to be integrated from 1 January as part of a move by parent P&O European Transport Services, to boost its corporate identity.
The companies, including Thomas Allen, AS Jones & Company and Robert Armstrong (Transport), will trade as P&O Roadtanks with a new darker blue livery.
Ferrymasters and West German company Rhenania will add P&O before their names, and PORT's warehousing, including Butler's, will be known as P&O Distribution.
