AS part of the drive to ensure economic use of the country's fuel supplies, the Southern Gas Board has taken delivery of a new mobile showroom with novel features. It is equipped to illustrate methods of -employing coke.

Based on a Dennis Pax petrolengined chassis with the low loading line which makes it suitable for delivery and house-to-house work, it has composite bodywork by J. H. Sparsbatt and Sons (Portsmouth), Ltd., Portsmouth. Ample natural lighting is provided by two large windows in the sides and by glazed cant panels.
