What change would you make to the tipping industry if you had the power?
A single recognised generic training standard for drivers that would give them access to all loading and tipping points, eg EPIC, saving the fact that each site wants drivers to sign for all the same requirements such as PPE, and on-site inductions for site specific training. Also, I'd like customers to pay on 30 days, for customers to pay for all waiting times over one hour without argument, and for customers to pay for damage caused to trucks and trailers by poor site conditions.
