A spokesman said then that there was little ance of replacing the work unless it went after other people's business and cut its rates, which it was not prepared to do.

Aberdeen-based Sandy Bruce Trucking also made jobs cuts as result of losing its paper contracts and a consortium of 17 owner-drivers was also dropped by the group,
