Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Hauliers could soon be benefiting from extra renue by running trucks as mobile billboards. Vehicle advertising company RoadAds UK has nched a scheme to enable companies to use icks to display their advertising, with the ilier being paid a monthly payment per trailer the duration of the advertising campaign.

The group says that trailer-side advertising will provide operators with an additional 'straight-to-the-bottom-line' income, without disruption to their schedule. It estimates that an operator could make almost £250,000 from a 12-month campaign involving 100 trucks.

Michael Higgins, RoadAd's sales and marketing, director says: "Large and small companies can benefit. A company may want to target a certain area with its campaign and need a haulier that travels a certain route."

High-profile haulier Eddie Stobart has already signed up to the scheme.

To take part, hauliers are required to install Nay Trak's 24-hour GPS navigation system, which costs about ET/week, to enable RoadAds to confirm where their advert has been seen.
