Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kidderminster-based GL Jones took top honours at last weekend's Truckfest by winning the coveted "Britain's bestkept working truck of the year" award, sponsored by Commercial Motor. It was a real family affair for the one-truck steel haulier which pulls exclusively for local supplier Armstrong Steels. Carol Jones owns the company, which was founded by her husband; her son Philip drives the Scania R113-360M tractor and his sister Vivien is the CPC holder.

The immaculate Steel Knight was bought secondhand from a Scottish operator—it took some 210,000 and "many long nights" to bring it up to its current condition. It was a good weekend for the Jones family: Steel Knight was also declared the Transport & General Workers Union Best Company Owned Vehicle and P&O Custom Truck of the Year.
