• Truck and trailer spares distributor Tnicldine is launching a computerised system to monitor the cost-per-mile of vehicle replacement parts. It will be offered as a part of Truckline's service to key customers.
Relevant information, such as how the vehicle is used and the parts fitted, is put on computer to build up a record to show if the operator is getting the expected life out of parts.
We will help operators establish accurate and ongoing running costs," says Trucldine's sales manager Tony Dimavicius.
When the system is fully operational the database information will be available at all 10 Truckline depots.
A prototype version will be on display at the IRTE show.
