Hwindon motorist Cyril Price has been fined £32 for speeding in his company car.
Nothing unusual about that you may say — many reps speed — but Cyril's company car is a hearse and police took an interest when he flashed by another car on his way to pick up a coffin.
"He was going like a bat out of hell," said one copper, who obviously has no sympathy to the pressures of Cyril's business where return loads are as rare as hen's teeth.
