European Ferries
P&O European Ferries (Portsmouth) for its cross-Channel services.
P&O claims to be the first ferry company to do so and quality standard BS5750 is expected to be granted by the end of this year.
Among areas monitored will be freight office procedures, reservations systems, driver check-ins, customer enquiries, administration and service during crossings from Portsmouth to Le Havre and Cherbourg.
