• The wife of an operator who went bankrupt in 1988 has been told that she was lucky to get a licence after being convicted of unauthorised vehicle use.
Sian Gore of Minsterley, Shrewsbury had sought a national licence for four vehicles and eight trailers to continue a business which had been run for 15 years by her husband John. He was the nominated transport manager.
