• A combined coolant and cab heater is now available from AVP. Diesel or petrol fired versions of the 9kW unit pre-heat the engine's cooling system to help starting in cold weather, says the company. A convector radiator is mounted in the cab for night heating.
The unit takes six man-hours to fit, adds about 2.5 litres to the cooling system's capacity and costs 1994.
