John Kane is now head of personnel; he was with Birds Eye Walls until it was acquired by NFC in January.
Alpine's new financial controller is Don Barber, who joined NEC from Courage Brewing in 1981.
Lastly, Gordon Cooke becomes head of operations for the E60 million company. He was previously Birds Eye Walls' eastern region distribution manager.
They join managing director John Davies: the board will be completed with the imminent appointment of a head of sales and distribution.
