• Avon Maxwell Transmissions now offers a two-year warranty and the option of a five-year maintenance contract to operators buying Avon Maxwell automatic gearboxes to retrofit to PSVs.
AMT also offers a gearbox leasing service as an alternative to outright purchase for operators aiming to reduce capital expenditure when refurbishing older vehicles.
Replacement Avon Maxwell gearboxes are currently available to fit the Daimler Fleetline, Bristol VRT, Leyland Leopard and Olympian, arid the MCW Metrobus.
