Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS concerned to read that some transport consultants are worrying the Road Haulage Association's Express Carriers functional group (CM, April 11, p16).

We obtain tenders on behalf of our clients and the carrier is well aware of the client's name and location.

I am concerned that disreputable transport consultants could tarnish reputable consultancies who provide a very useful service to both clients and carriers.

Asa matter of interest I would like to hear from the RHA group if only to be made aware of the transport consultant involved in its present deliberations.
