WE WOULD like to inform Commercial Motor and its readers of our newly formed club. Our membership is made up of ovvner-drivers, employed drivers and enthusiasts.

The aims of the club are: to promote truck shows; to visit truck manufacturers — home and abroad; to arrange social events in all areas and hopefully involve all the family; to offer truck accessories, etc, to members at a little above cost price, and so on. Our membership charges are as follows: Annual membership: £7, joint membership Ell (husband and wife, junior membership £3.50 (under 16 years). European membership: £9, joint membership £13, junior membership £5.

In return for the membership fees we offer a monthly newsletter, a members' identity card which will also act as a discount card at various major retailers throughout the country, a metal lapel badge, a sew-on badge and a window sticker.

Our membership is also open to non-UK residents. Any profits made by the club will be returned to the members in various ways throughout the year.
