Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST of a batch of seven fire-fighting vehicles being commissioned to protect BP's Sullom Voe oil terminal in the Shetlands has been supplied by Carmichael Fire of Worcester.

The vehicles are bulk foam tankers used to transport 10,445 litres (2,300 gal) of foam concentrate.

A transfer pump driven by a power take-off supplies concentrate via 5cm (21in) diameter de liveries. The pump can also be used to refill the tanker from bulk foam storage tanks located within the terminal.

The foam tank is insulated and electric lagging tapes are provided on all pipework and valves.

The tanker is based on a Shelyoke WT 6x4 chassis powered by a Perkins V8.640 diesel engine with Allison automatic transmission.
