Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MOLLUSCS and crustaceans have been added to the fish covered by the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (ATP).

The move, which follows Danish Government pressure to bring that aspect of ATP in line with trade practice, applies provided that the foods are carried in melting ice. The Department of Transport has also announced that ATP testing of equipment, type approval, and size of lettering on the distinguishing mark in the European and Soviet Bloc signatories to the agreement are being brought into line with United Kingdom practice.

At present, there are four authorised test stations for ATP in Britain. They are: Refrigerated Vehicle Test Centre, 140 Newmarket Road, Cambridge.
