A Section 15 of the Attach ment of Earning Act 1971 under which the order has no doubt been made requires the employer to notify the court in writing when a debtor leaves his employment. Failure to comply with the Section is an offence punishable by a fine and, in some cases, imprisonment. You must, therefore, notify the court which has made the order when this man leaves your employment.
