At a meeting of the Bournemouth Corporation Licensing Committee the town clerk called attention to the resolution of the council einsbructing the committee to enforce the -observance of By-law 28 (4), with regard to the position and illumination of taximeters. The town clerk was instructed to issue a circular to all owners and drivers calling attention to this by-law and the council's resolution.
